Multimedia Development DVD and CD-Rom Authoring
Do you want your DVD to auto start? Do you need video transferred to DVD as cheaply as possible? Or do you want production and programming for an elaborately designed DVD with multiple videos? We do all three every day. Give us a call and we’ll have the solution to fit your DVD needs.
Do you have a need for interactive CD-Rom. We’ve been a leader in CD authoring since 2000 when we won a prestigious Media Communications Association International Gold Award for interactive media.
AVP’s multimedia team will develop and produce a custom-designed application that presents your company as an industry leader. We also provide custom web movies in multiple resolutions for optimized web viewing.

Scripting and Directing
AVP has a talented staff of writers that will work with you to develop a message that reaches and impacts your target audience in unique and creative ways. If our clients prefer to see an image of their project before production, we are always happy to provide them with a story board that will help to define the vision of the final production.

We will oversee everything from the initial creative treatment to the final edited piece. Each of our AVP producers and directors have spent many years learning the best technical film and video tools, and the creative techniques of achieving the best performances from their talent.

5000 Sq. / Ft. Studio
Our 5000 square-foot studio is perfect for elaborately-staged shots or simple interviews. Room for specialty gear such as boom and dolly equipment and enhanced lighting grids make shooting inside ideal for any project. AVP has a complete prop shop and the technical and creative ability to build almost any set you desire. Letting AVP build your sets assures that you get the creative camera angles and lighting that most effectively illustrates the story you want to tell. AVP also has an extensive inventory of existing office and home set props and backgrounds.

Multiple Non-Linear Digital Editing Systems
AVP offers digital post-production equipment and capabilities. All of the elements acquired during the production phase of a project and put together in one of our three full-service editing suites. AVP has invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment. The following is a breakdown of the equipment and software applications AVP has to offer:

Two Media 100xs 7.1 digital non-linear editing suites. These Macintosh-based workstations are capable of multilayering, animation, sound enhance and sweetening, and graphic treatments. Suites include Sony PVM 14M4U reference video monitors, Yamaha MS101 II audio monitors, audio CD and CD-Rom, and 16-channel 4-group Mackie audio console. Software enhancements include 3D Studio Max, Commotion, Cinelook, Media Cleaner Pro, Boris FX, Painter, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.

We also have an Adobe Premiere suite for lossless input and output of DVCam and DV digital signals with After Effects for compositing and layering which will soon be upgraded to serial digital and high definition. SD and HD-SDI..

Location and Studio Shoots
Our location film and digital video experience is quite diverse, from underwater to aerial.
We are experienced in nearly all professional analog and digital video formats. HDCam, Varicam, DVCam, miniDV, DVCPro 50 and 100HD, Digital Betacam, and BetacamSP. Our 5000 square foot studio is perfect for elaborately staged shots or simple interviews. Room for specialty gear such as boom and dolly equipment and enhanced lighting grids makes shooting in our studio ideal for any project. Our experience ranges from producing, directing, and production managing 35mm commercials with dozens of crew members to simple BetacamSP ENG shoots. We have also production managed multi-camera mobile units for exercise videos, produced infomercials, and theatrical and musical productions. Our repeat client base includes national crewing services, syndicated television program producers, advertising agencies, and corporate sales, marketing, training and human resources personnel. We have videotaped or filmed from helicopters, biplanes, trains, boats and vehicles of all types.

Original Music and Sound Effects
Choose from our multiple libraries of licensed music or let our musicians create original music and Foley effects specifically designed to compliment your project. Choose from a variety of pre-produced sound effects or let our audio technicians create or capture the sound you desire.

Duplication and Distribution
AVP can duplicate virtually any format and any quantity. DVD, CD, VHS, S-VHS, BetaCamSP, ¾ inch, and DV-Cam are some of the more common videotape formats utilized. We duplicate international PAL format VHS dubs. We regularly provide time-code burn window dubs to make editing more efficient for our clients. Our packaging and fulfillment services include everything from simple black-and-white labels and sleeves to full four-color printing, packaging, shrink wrap and shipping. Full-Service Audio Studio
Whether you need complete sound design post scoring, or a simple voiceover, our experienced artists and engineers know the techniques that add emotional appeal and character to every production. Our full-service audio production facilities include computer based sound design production and editing tools, and an isolated recording booth. We collaborate with many artists including Grammy Award winners.

Lighting and Grip Gear
AVP provides and rents professional lighting and grip gear ranging from small portable kits to complete tungsten and HMI lighting trucks. Our crews have traveled across the United States. We have worked with everything from giant Musco Lights used to light sporting events, to tiny fluorescent mini-kinoflos. Our in-house lighting equipment includes Arri HMI’s, Mole-Richardson fresnels, soft boxes and open face units, and Lowel soft boxes. We have Matthews, Hollywood Scene Dock, and American baby, junior, combo, mombo combo, rollers and C-Stands. We have a full complement of scrims, flags and silks in multiple sizes; a 12’x12’ frame with scrims, solid, silk, griff and chroma key blue; and a 20’x20’ frame with silk. We have an Elemack Spyder dolly with curve and straight track and a Glidecam V-20. Everything is on magliners and portable carts of our own design, and we travel in a 1998 Isuzu NPR.

Set Design and Construction
Take advantage of our existing sets and furniture or let our in-house designers custom build a staged area that meets your specific production needs. Unique props and special effect elements can be designed or purchased at the client’s request. One of our on-staff directors of photography has professional finish carpentry experience. His oversight of your set will assure that all of the parameters are met for the best camera angles and lighting.

Casting and Voiceover Work
Choose from our in-house collection of professional talent portfolios or let us utilize our personal relationship with regional and national talent agencies to provide you with that perfect talent. We can find celebrity talent, foreign language voiceovers, singers, dancers, musicians, animal talent and wranglers for your project. Or we can direct a casting call to get just the right “real person” talent.

3D Animation
AVP offers computer based animation using 3D Studio Max software. Whether you need a logo that flips and twirls, a diagram brought to life or an eye opening special effect, we can turn your idea into reality. Graphics and animation offer a unique look at things that cannot be captured by the naked eye. Animation offers an inside view or adds movement that makes a product come alive.
